At EPHJ/EPMT, Amsonic, one of the leader in the field of cleaning technology presents the ALDV, Amsonic Aqualine Data Validation on booth 9/A7 in hall 11. This solution has needed several years of R&D and set up and is now ready to reach the market. The test customers using it are very satisfied. The aim? The system guarantee the quality of the cleaning, verify the cleaning product, compare the data given by the device and the ones validated for the process and realize the reports.
How does it work? The system includes various probes:
- Ultrasonic (W/L)
- Temperature (°C) and (µS)
- Conductivity (mS)
The data are automatically transmitted to the PC of the cleaning equipment (through a wireless system) and the report of the test is automatically created. It is highly valuable when you need to assert the process at any moment. Security is guaranteed. Should you need to prove the conditions of cleaning of a batch, your computer house the report.
