The new Coolant Fed Drill material presented by the French manufacturer of hollow bars is designed to give outstanding accuracy and to achieve better efficiency and cost reduction.

Thru-hole machining Working with this technology allows to use higher cutting speeds and higher feed rates. Some other advantages are not to be missed:

WALTER TS INCREASES STABILITY AND TOOL LIFE DURING THREAD TURNING

The Walter TS system combines a stable clamping system with Tiger-tec Gold Cutting inserts and chipformer geometries. Walter is adding a new, high-performance system to its portfolio with the new TS thread turning inserts and T1011 threading tools. The most striking special feature of the T1011 tool holder is a carbide pin in the rear asset of the Cutting inserts.
