During EMO 2011 Spinner presented their small TC300 CNC lathes with new turret system developed in house. Higher rigidity of turret, usability for live tools 100% of the operation time, better integration into machine design of working area and lower costs were the reasons to design their own turrets also for the volume machines of small and medium machine models.

The Spinner TC300-52-MCY with Y-axis and Siemens 840D-SolutionLine can machine parts up to a diameter of 250 mm.
TC300 is a typical universal lathes up to one turret and two spindles, 16 tools and Y-axis as maximum specification. It is a unique machine in terms of small floor-space, big working area, high precision and powerful live tool operations due to new turret.
What makes the machine successful?
- Hardened and ground guide ways of big size
- Rigid cast machine body made of Mehanite®:
- Large bar feed capacity
- High main spindle power
- Dynamic built-in spindles (TC 400/600)
- 1:4 automatic gear for high torque (TC 800)
- Radial tooling on turret for up to 24 tools to work with either left or right spindles
- Tool-setter for presetting of cutting tools in working area
Available according to your needs As all Spinner Universal Lathes it is designed with a full casting machine body with hardened and ground box-ways as well as modern built-in spindle motors. This models are available with the most modern controls Fanuc 31i “Manual-Guide" or Siemens 840D-SolutionLine “Operate”. Many options are also available to offer tailored solutions to customers.
