The demand for a high automation level in the industrial parts cleaning does not automatically require the application of complex cleaning plants with a high investment need but can be realised in some cases also in a rather simple way.

Ph-cleantec presents on the Metav 2012 in Düsseldorf a low pressure hot cleaning systems using no chemicals and hot water (95 degrees).
The high cleaning efficiency of the systems is reached by hot water with a temperature of 95° C and a pressure up to 14 bars as well as a water volume of 4 l/min. The efficiency can be distributed over several nozzles and thus reduced to approx. 3 bars per nozzle. This low pressure makes sure that there are no splash-back effects and therefore the plant can be used unproblematically without special housing.
Flexible automation The components can be moved to the cleaning station by simple transport systems and after cleaning they go to further processing steps. The real cleaning cell is – depending on the parts geometry - very compact. The integration into the automation is made over a simple control engineering. Alternatively a robot can take over the handling of the parts or nozzles. The cleaning technology thus can be integrated into the existing automation systems.
